Pega Um! is a fanzine from the countryside of Brazil without many rules or fixed themes. We do a physical distribution here, but it's also available online for anyone who wants to read or copy and do whatever they want with it (it's in Brazilian Portuguese though).

You can send drawings, collages, thoughts, verses, rants, subversive, introspective, funny, sad, absurd things... whatever you need to get out of your head and onto paper.

The editorial line is simple: no content that reproduces any form of social discrimination (oh, and no religious preaching either!). Other than that, the page is yours.

How it works:

The fanzine is made on A4 paper, the main limitation being that each page is approximately 7x10cm, but if you make a more elaborate piece of art, it can go on the back, taking up the entire sheet.

You can lay out the page however you want, but the physical edition is made using black-and-white photocopies. It's fine if the content is in color, but it has to remain clearly legible in grayscale.

Don't be afraid if you just want to send a few verses or thoughts and don't know how to make a graphic layout for the page, we can talk it over and develop it together.

The zine's content is limited by its size, but the website isn't!
