History
Kinder Surprise:
She showed up with a kitten at the building my sister worked at, and some people there were taking care of them, but there is always some asshole manager that wants to get rid of pets, so my sister took her to our farm (about 400km away at the time). We named her Dona Lupa, after a forum my mom was active in at the time, and her kitten Felicia †. Turns out after a week or so we discovered it wasn't just two cats that we got, Dona Lupa had a surprise inside: Zuel, Cappuccino †, Shade † and Ghost †.
Finally likes us:
She used to be independent, but since The Big Move she started living in my mom's room. She still wouldn't like being touched or picked up and would generally run away from us. It took her about ten years to be more casual and enjoy being petted. Now she is all lovely and cuddly with my mother and barely lets her sleep because she is always licking her and wanting to be petted.
