History

Finding their mother:

One day my neighbor found a kitten (Luke) on a construction site one block away from my house and told me she heard some meowing but couldn't locate it, and thought it was inside some pipes there. I went to the construction site and found Bel, who was about 4 months old, protecting Emma and Doralice. I picked them up and then I stopped by my neighbor to show I found them and that I was going to keep them, so I asked if she would give me Luke too so they could still be together and she agreed.
In my room they met Saibot, who promptly welcomed them and started taking care of them, to the point they started nursing on him and Saibot just let it happen and became their mother.

Later I went back to the construction site and found the workers (who were off for lunch when I went there previously) and asked about the kittens. They told me they had been there for a few days and they didn't see any other cat (I was still worried about some kitten lost in the pipes, or if they had a mother with them).

Going Savage:

Back then the doors would always be open and Doralice was always in the backyard among bushes, little trees and high grass, and we named her Dora after Dora the Explorer. At night when I was going to sleep I'd call the group that sleeps with me to my room but with time Doralice started ignoring me so I'd have to pick her up, but then she started running from me so I would have to take Saibot to the backyard so she would go to him and then I could catch her, but she kept being more and more troublesome to catch so she started sleeping outside my room and then just outside the house when we locked up at night, to a point she went completely feral and would never go inside and wouldn't let us touch her.

Meeting the Barbarians:

So Doralice was having free rein outside and was sleeping in a place we made for her in the laundry room, but when the barbarians invaded they quickly took over the laundry and she started sleeping in a place we made for her in the garage... but they took that too! Unlike Bel, who quickly adapted and started sleeping with them, Doralice didn't get along, so her final move was to ask us to let her come back inside.
Doralice has been sleeping in the living room, but in the morning she asks to go out, and basically only comes back when it's dark.
